By using bexomgroup.com or booking transportation with BexOM Group, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Service description
BexOM provides non-emergency medical transportation. We are not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a reference number by email or SMS. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a small fee. BexOM may decline a ride if the request is outside our service area or capabilities.
Payment
Payment is collected by the driver on arrival, unless you have a billed account. Accepted methods include credit/debit card, cash, and ACH for established accounts.
Patient responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and mobility information at booking. Be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Disclose any special medical or mobility needs.
Limitation of liability
BexOM strives for safe, on-time service but cannot guarantee specific arrival times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BexOM's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The Last updated date above reflects the most recent revision.
