We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for non-urgent appointments. Same-day rides are often available — call 346-313-3509 to check. For recurring schedules (like dialysis), we can lock in your weekly slot ahead of time.

BexOM serves Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and most communities between these metros. If you're unsure whether your address is in our service area, give us a call.

Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we bill Texas Medicaid, managed-care plans, and several private insurers when prior authorization is in place. Please call before booking so we can verify coverage.

Can a family member ride along?

Absolutely. One companion rides free with every booking. Additional companions can join for a small fee, depending on vehicle capacity.

Is your service HIPAA compliant?

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel or reschedule by phone up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

How do I pay for my ride?

Payment is collected by the driver on arrival. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and ACH for billed accounts. We never ask for payment online when you book.

Are your drivers trained for wheelchair and stretcher transport?

Yes. Every driver is certified in wheelchair securement (PASS-certified) and our stretcher crews are trained in safe patient transfer and basic first aid.
